X Congress of Russian Rectors Union took place on Oktober 30 2014 at the MSU Shuvalov Building.
The plenary session was dedicated to the development of the national higher education system, in particular to ways of improving the quality of teaching and upgrading the facilities of higher education institutions, as well as support for university research.
Main projects from Moscow University were shown at the exhibition. Sergey Elizarov showed the project from the Engineering Physics Laboratory: "10 000-core server processor".
